There are projects that change skylines and then there are projects that change lives.
Jackson Brothers Construction Services is proud to be on-site in Chatom, Alabama, bringing a major healthcare expansion to life: a new 12,600-square-foot physicians’ office building and rehabilitation services facility designed to help families get the care they need—without having to travel far from home.
A Place Where Healing Begins
This $3.99 million project isn’t just concrete, steel, and schedules. It’s a future front-desk check-in for a mom who’s been worried for weeks. It’s a rehab gym where someone takes their first steps after surgery. It’s a set of exam rooms where answers and peace of mind are finally found.
When this facility opens, it will include:
- 20 exam rooms built for modern patient care
- Office space for up to seven physicians
- A welcoming waiting area for approximately 60 patients
- A 1,400-square-foot rehabilitation gym
- Four evaluation rooms and support offices to keep services moving efficiently
Progress You Can See
With site preparation underway and construction in motion, our crews are focused on what we’re known for: doing it right. That means tight coordination, safe jobsite practices, and quality craftsmanship that will stand strong for decades.

Healthcare facilities demand precision, durability, and accountability—and that’s exactly what we bring to every phase of the build.
The projected construction timeline is approximately 485 days, and we’re committed to maintaining steady momentum every step of the way.

Why This Project Matters to Us
We build all kinds of facilities—but healthcare projects hit different.
They serve everyone: kids, grandparents, workers, and neighbors. This new facility will strengthen the foundation of the Chatom and Washington County community by improving access to medical care and rehabilitation services in one centralized location.
We’re honored to be the contractor selected for this work and take that responsibility seriously. Projects like this remind us why we do what we do.
Follow Along
We’ll be sharing progress photos, milestones, and behind-the-scenes updates as the facility takes shape. If you’re local, you’ll see it rising soon—and we hope you’ll feel what we feel every time we pull onto the site:
Pride in building something that truly serves the community—close to home.
